There would appear to be a growing issue in the UK of mis-applied, mis-installed, and badly commissioned ventilation heat recovery heat pumps.These are NOT ground source heat pumps.......The products themselves are generally from reputable manufacturers, the problem lies in their sizing, application, commissioning and operation. In general, ventilation air heat recovery heat pumps are not capable of providing heating and hot water for a property - by themselves. see link to money experts forum here....23.02.12
